CD123/IL3RA Recombinant Proteins, Flow Antibodies and Stable Cell Lines

CD123 is the alpha chain of the interleukin-3 receptor and is encoded by IL3RA. Association with the common beta chain forms a high-affinity IL-3 receptor complex that activates JAK/STAT, PI3K/AKT, and RAS/MAPK signaling to regulate hematopoietic-cell survival, proliferation, and differentiation. CD123 is expressed on hematopoietic progenitors, plasmacytoid dendritic cells, and selected myeloid populations and can be strongly upregulated in several myeloid malignancies while remaining comparatively lower on normal hematopoietic stem cells. This expression pattern has made CD123 an important target for antibodies, ADCs, T-cell engagers, and engineered cell therapies.
