| Background | Lymphocytes proliferate and differentiate in response to various concentrations of different antigens. (A) DMC101150 does not bind to CHO-S cells that do not express CD19.
(B) A clear peak shift of DMC101150 was seen compared to the control when incubated with CD19-expressing Raji cells, indicating strong binding of DMC101150 to CD19. Antibodies were incubated at 5 μg/mL.
