Extracellular domain (ECD) proteins are regions of membrane proteins located outside the cell membrane and are essential for signal recognition, ligand binding, and cell–cell communication. DIMA BIOTECH focuses on ECD proteins from single-pass membrane proteins and has successfully expressed 1,600+ high-purity ECDs covering 900+ targets, including GPCRs, immune checkpoints, tumor antigens, and metabolic receptors. 500+ targets are supported by matched flow cytometry antibodies. The Performance of ECD Protein used as Immunogen

The serum titer of LAG3 protein as immunogen

ELISA results show high OD values of anti-LAG3 immune serum after LAG3 protein (PME100512) immunization across serial dilutions, indicating successful generation of high-titer antibodies.

FACS positive clones were obtained per rabbit after LAG3 protein immunization

Approximately 630+ ELISA-positive clones were obtained per rabbit after immunization, of which 260+ were further confirmed as FACS-positive functional clones.
