Terms and Conditions for Lead mAb Projects

By submitting this form, you (the “Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the use of antibody sequences, data, and related products provided by DIMA Biotechnology (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”):

  1. Data Usage and Licensing
    a. The antibody sequences and associated data provided by DIMA Biotechnology are intended solely for the Customer’s internal research and development purposes.
    b. Any commercial use, out-licensing, or distribution of these sequences or data without the prior written consent of DIMA Biotechnology is prohibited unless a formal agreement is in place.
    c. If you are interested in licensing the antibody sequences for further development or commercialization, please contact us for the appropriate agreements.

  2. Confidentiality
    a. The Customer agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared by DIMA Biotechnology and will not disclose any details about the antibodies, sequences, or data without prior consent from the Company.
    b. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that any individuals or entities who receive such information also abide by these confidentiality obligations.

  3. Limitation of Liability
    a. DIMA Biotechnology makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance, safety, or efficacy of the antibodies or any related products.
    b. The Customer acknowledges that they are solely responsible for testing and evaluating the antibodies, sequences, and data provided.
    c. DIMA Biotechnology shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use or misuse of the antibodies, sequences, or data.

  4. Intellectual Property
    a. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to patents, copyrights, and trademarks, related to the antibodies, sequences, and data remain the exclusive property of DIMA Biotechnology unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    b. The Customer shall not claim ownership of the antibody sequences or related intellectual property.

  5. No Guarantee of Results
    a. DIMA Biotechnology does not guarantee that any antibody will meet the Customer’s specific needs or expectations. Results may vary based on application, experimental conditions, and other factors.
    b. The Customer acknowledges that only through testing and validation will the suitability of the antibodies for their intended use be determined.

  6. Compliance with Laws
    The Customer agrees to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and guidelines regarding the use of the antibodies, sequences, and data.

  7. Amendments
    DIMA Biotechnology reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the Customer’s responsibility to review these terms periodically for any updates.

By submitting this form, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined above.
