(A) DMC100299 does not bind to 293T cells that do not express B7-H5.
(B) A clear peak shift of DMC100299 was seen compared to the control when incubated with B7-H5-expressing THP-1 cells, indicating strong binding of DMC100299 to B7-H5. Antibodies were incubated at 5 μg/mL.
