(A) DME100173 does not bind to MM1.S cells that do not express B7-H6.
(B) A clear peak shift of DME100173 was seen compared to the control when incubated with B7-H6-expressing K562 cells, indicating strong binding of DME100173 to B7-H6. Antibodies were incubated at 5 μg/mL.
