Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described. Mutations in this gene are a cause of Kostmann syndrome; also known as severe congenital neutropenia. |

(A) DME100172 does not bind to CHO-S cells that do not express CD114.
(B) A clear peak shift of DME100172 was seen compared to the control when incubated with CD114-expressing THP-1 cells, indicating strong binding of DME100172 to CD114. Antibodies were incubated at 5 μg/mL.
