On a streptavidin-coated plate (0.1 µg/well) immobilized with biotinylated Human NK2R full-length protein-synthetic nanodisc (FLP100360B, 1 µg/mL, 100 µL/well), the Anti-Flag Rabbit mAb showed linear binding in the range of 0.64-16 ng/mL. In order to specifically detect FLP100360B, HRP Conjugated Goat anti Rabbit was used as detection antibody.
