TSLP Recombinant Proteins, Antibodies and Reference Antibodies

Thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) is an epithelial-derived cytokine that is strongly induced by allergens, tissue damage, infection, and barrier disruption. TSLP signals through a heterodimeric receptor composed of TSLPR/CRLF2 and IL-7Rα and activates JAK/STAT and related pathways. It can influence dendritic cells, mast cells, eosinophils, type 2 innate lymphoid cells, and T cells, positioning TSLP as an important upstream “alarmin” connecting epithelial stress with type 2 inflammation.
