Frizzled-10/FZD10 recombinant proteins and antibodies

Frizzled-10 (FZD10) is a member of the Frizzled receptor family and plays a crucial role in the Wnt signaling pathway. This pathway is integral to cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, migration, and tissue development. As one of the Wnt receptors, FZD10 mediates the activation of downstream signaling when it binds to Wnt ligands, influencing various physiological processes. This receptor is particularly important in embryonic development and tumorigenesis, making FZD10 a potential target for cancer therapy.

FZD10 has been found to be aberrantly expressed in several types of cancer, including breast cancer, colorectal cancer, and lung cancer. Its dysregulated activation can lead to uncontrolled cell proliferation and tumor metastasis. As a result, FZD10 is considered a promising target for the development of novel cancer therapeutics.
