Figure 1. Elisa plates were added with C-Flag&Avi Tag Biotinylated FSHR-Nanodisc (0.2μg/per well) on a Streptavidin pre-coated (0.2μg/per well) plate. Serial diluted anti-Flag monoclonal antibody solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before Elisa reading. From above data, the EC50 for anti-Flag monoclonal antibody binding with Biotinylated FSHR-Nanodisc is 584.7ng/ml.
