Serial diluted anti-MBP monoclonal antibody solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before Elisa reading. From above data, the EC50 for anti-MBP monoclonal antibody binding with Biotinylated nagetive control-Nanodisc is 72.99ng/ml.
