The encoded protein is used as a determinant of lymphocyte differentiation. Defects in this gene can lead to the calcification of joints and arteries. (A) DME100204 does not bind to Jurkat cells that do not express CD73.
(B) A clear peak shift of DME100204 was seen compared to the control when incubated with CD73-expressing HT55 cells, indicating strong binding of DME100204 to CD73. Antibodies were incubated at 10 μg/mL.
