Figure 1. Elisa plates were pre-coated with Flag Tag GPRC5D-PeptiNanodisc (0.2μg/per well). Serial diluted anti-GPRC5D monoclonal antibody (DME100091) solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before Elisa reading. From above data, the EC50 for anti-GPRC5D monoclonal antibody binding with GPRC5D-PeptiNanodisc is 423.1ng/ml.

Figure 4. Functional ELISA was used to assess the binding activity of GPRC5D PeptiNanodisc to GPRC5D antibody under different storage conditions: -20℃, 37℃ for 24 hours, 37℃ for 48 hours, and 37℃ for 72 hours. The results showed no significant difference in EC50 values.
