Background	Somatostatin acts at many sites to inhibit the release of many hormones and other secretory proteins. Serial diluted anti-SSTR2 antibody (BME100127) solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before Elisa reading. From above data, the EC50 for anti-SSTR2 antibody binding with SSTR2 cell-free-Nanodisc is 3.738 ng/mL.
