CCR1/CD191 Full-Length Nanodisc Proteins and Flow Antibodies

C-C motif chemokine receptor 1 (CCR1), also known as CD191, is a class A chemokine GPCR that responds to multiple CC chemokines, including CCL3, CCL5, CCL7, and CCL23. Ligand activation engages Gi proteins and downstream PI3K/AKT, PLC/Ca²⁺, and MAPK pathways to regulate leukocyte chemotaxis, adhesion, and inflammatory activation. CCR1 is expressed on monocytes, macrophages, neutrophils, eosinophils, dendritic cells, and selected lymphocyte populations, placing it at an important interface between chemokine gradients and immune-cell trafficking. Dysregulated CCR1 signaling has been investigated in chronic inflammation, autoimmunity, fibrosis, CNS inflammation, and tumor-associated myeloid-cell recruitment. Because CCR1 shares structural and functional similarities with other chemokine receptors, receptor selectivity is a major consideration in antibody discovery.
