CCR1 recombinant proteins and antibodies

“CCR1 (C-C motif chemokine receptor 1) is a G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) involved in inflammatory response and immune cell migration. CCR1 is mainly expressed on the cell membrane of a variety of immune cells, including monocytes, immature dendritic cells, T lymphocytes, basophils, eosinophils, neutrophils, natural killer cells (NK cells), mast cells, endothelial cells, human umbilical cord blood (HUCB) cells and other cells, and mainly mediates chemokine signal transduction. CCR1 belongs to the CC chemokine receptor family and mainly binds to ligands such as CCL3 (MIP-1α), CCL5 (RANTES), CCL7, and CCL23 to induce the migration and activation of immune cells. The overactivation or abnormal expression of CCR1 is closely related to a variety of diseases, including autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, tumor immunity and metastasis, and organ fibrosis. In recent years, with the in-depth study of immune diseases and tumor microenvironment, CCR1 has gradually become an important drug target for diseases such as autoimmune diseases, tumors, and organ fibrosis. Although no CCR1 targeted drugs have been approved for marketing, many candidate drugs have entered the clinical trial stage, mainly focusing on inflammation, autoimmunity and cancer indications. There are currently 4 drugs under development, covering DNA vaccines, small molecule drugs, antibody drugs, oncolytic viruses and other drug types.
