CD30/TNFRSF8 Recombinant Proteins, Antibodies and Stable Cell Lines

CD30, also known as TNFRSF8, is a TNF-receptor-superfamily member whose expression is largely inducible on activated lymphocytes under normal conditions. Engagement by CD30L/TNFSF8 activates TRAF-dependent NF-κB and MAPK pathways, with cellular outcomes ranging from activation and survival to growth arrest or apoptosis depending on context. CD30 is highly expressed in selected lymphoid malignancies and can also undergo proteolytic shedding to generate soluble CD30. Its restricted normal expression, high disease-associated surface density, and antibody-mediated internalization have made CD30 a well-established target for antibodies, ADCs, multispecific molecules, and cell therapies.
