CD7 Recombinant and Domain Proteins, Flow Antibodies

CD7 is a type I immunoglobulin-superfamily membrane glycoprotein expressed from early stages of T-cell development and retained on most mature T cells and NK cells. It participates in lymphocyte adhesion and signaling and is widely used as an immunophenotypic marker of T/NK-lineage cells. CD7 remains strongly expressed in selected T-cell leukemias and T/NK-cell lymphomas, making it an attractive surface target for monoclonal antibodies, ADCs, multispecific molecules, and engineered cell therapies. Because CD7 is also present on normal T and NK cells, target selectivity, normal-cell effects, and fratricide are important considerations for cell-therapy programs.
