CS1/SLAMF7 Recombinant Proteins and Flow Antibodies

CS1, also known as SLAMF7 or CD319, is a type I membrane receptor of the signaling lymphocytic activation molecule family. SLAMF7 is highly expressed on plasma cells and is also present on NK cells and selected other immune populations. The receptor can participate in homotypic interactions and engages intracellular adaptor proteins such as EAT-2 in NK cells, where it can promote activating signals. Its signaling behavior can vary depending on the availability of adaptor proteins in different cell types. High and relatively stable cell-surface expression on plasma cells and malignant plasma-cell populations has made SLAMF7 an important target for monoclonal antibodies, ADCs, multispecific molecules, and engineered cell therapies.
