Glypican-3/GPC3 Recombinant Protein and FACS Antibody

Glypican-3 (GPC3) is a cell-surface heparan sulfate proteoglycan that is highly expressed during embryonic development but shows minimal expression in normal adult tissues. Extensive studies have demonstrated that GPC3 is overexpressed in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and is closely associated with tumor growth, invasion, and poor prognosis, making it one of the most promising tumor-associated antigens in liver cancer research. Owing to its favorable tumor specificity and limited expression in healthy tissues, GPC3 has emerged as an attractive target for therapeutic development. To date, more than 20 GPC3-targeted drug candidates have entered clinical development worldwide, including monoclonal antibodies, bispecific antibodies, CAR-T therapies, CAR-NK therapies, antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), and cancer vaccines. Several programs have advanced into Phase I/II clinical studies and continue to demonstrate encouraging potential in hepatocellular carcinoma and other solid tumors.
