TROP2/TACSTD2 Recombinant Proteins, Antibodies and Stable Cell Lines
Trophoblast Cell Surface Antigen 2 (TROP2), encoded by TACSTD2 and also known as EGP-1, is a type I single-pass transmembrane glycoprotein. Its extracellular region contains multiple glycosylation sites, while its short cytoplasmic tail participates in calcium-dependent and intracellular signaling. TROP2 can influence proliferation, cell-cycle regulation, adhesion, migration, and survival. Although it is present in selected normal epithelial tissues, TROP2 is frequently upregulated across a broad range of epithelial malignancies and has been associated with aggressive tumor behavior. Its high cell-surface density and internalization properties have made TROP2 one of the most extensively studied targets for ADCs and other antibody-based delivery strategies. DIMA BIOTECH provides human, mouse, cynomolgus, and rhesus macaque TROP2 recombinant ECD proteins for ELISA, antibody screening, affinity analysis, and cross-species evaluation. Multiple TROP2 monoclonal antibodies are validated for ELISA, flow cytometry, or WB and are complemented by reference antibodies and PE/biotin-conjugated formats. A human TROP2-overexpressing K562 stable cell line supports FACS, cell-binding, internalization, and candidate screening. DIMA BIOTECH also maintains a TROP2 single B-cell seed library and lead-antibody resources for downstream functional validation.
