MET/c-MET Recombinant Proteins and Flow Cytometry Antibodies

MET, also known as c-MET or hepatocyte growth factor receptor (HGFR), is a receptor tyrosine kinase activated by hepatocyte growth factor (HGF). Ligand binding induces receptor dimerization and phosphorylation, leading to activation of RAS/MAPK, PI3K/AKT, STAT, and other signaling pathways that regulate cell proliferation, survival, migration, invasion, and tissue regeneration. Aberrant MET signaling caused by overexpression, amplification, altered splicing, or pathway activation has been implicated in multiple solid tumors. MET can also function as a bypass signaling pathway following inhibition of other receptor tyrosine kinases, contributing to tumor progression and therapeutic resistance. These features have made MET an important target for monoclonal antibodies, ADCs, bispecific and multispecific antibodies, and combination strategies.
