TIM3/HAVCR2 Proteins, Antibodies and Stable Cell Lines
TIM3, encoded by HAVCR2 and also known as CD366, is an immune-regulatory receptor expressed on activated and exhausted T cells, regulatory T cells, NK cells, and several myeloid-cell populations. TIM3 interacts with multiple ligands, including galectin-9, phosphatidylserine, CEACAM1, and HMGB1, and its biological effects vary with cellular and tissue context. In chronic antigen exposure and cancer, TIM3 frequently appears together with PD-1, LAG3, and other inhibitory receptors and is associated with impaired T-cell and NK-cell function. TIM3 is therefore widely investigated in next-generation checkpoint antibodies and multispecific immune-regulatory strategies.
DIMA BIOTECH provides human, cynomolgus, and mouse TIM3 ECD proteins in multiple Fc-tagged formats for ELISA, ligand-interaction analysis, SPR/BLI, antibody screening, and cross-species evaluation. Multiple rabbit monoclonal and reference antibodies validated by ELISA and flow cytometry are available in unconjugated, PE-conjugated, and biotinylated formats. A TIM3-overexpressing K562 stable cell line provides a standardized platform for FACS, cell-binding, and blocking-antibody screening. Together, these proteins, antibodies, and cellular tools enable comprehensive characterization of TIM3-targeting candidates from biochemical binding through cell-based functional evaluation.
