TNFSF15/TL1A Recombinant Proteins, Trimer Proteins and Antibodies

TNFSF15, also known as TL1A or VEGI, is a member of the tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily produced by endothelial and immune cells in response to inflammatory stimulation. Its major functional receptor is DR3/TNFRSF25. TL1A-DR3 signaling regulates T-cell activation, survival, and cytokine production and can influence Th1, Th17, innate lymphoid, and other immune-cell responses. Although this pathway contributes to normal mucosal defense and immune homeostasis, persistent TL1A activity is associated with chronic intestinal inflammation, tissue remodeling, and fibrosis. TNFSF15/TL1A has therefore become an important target in inflammatory disease and blocking-antibody research.
