TROP2 recombinant proteins and antibodies
Human trophoblast cell surface antigen 2 (TROP2), also known as tumor-associated calcium signal sensor 2 (TACSTD2) and epidermal glycoprotein 1 (EGP-1), is a cancer-associated antigen and a single-pass transmembrane surface glycoprotein with a molecular size of 36 kDa. TROP2 is mainly overexpressed in various human epithelial cancers (such as breast cancer, lung cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer, and prostate cancer), but its expression level in normal tissues is very low. In addition, the expression level of TROP2 is related to the malignancy of the disease. Moreover, TROP2 overexpression can promote tumor cell growth, proliferation, and metastasis by regulating calcium ion signaling pathways, cell cycle protein expression, and reducing fibronectin adhesion. There are obvious differences in the expression of TROP2 protein in normal tissues and cancer tissues. It is this differentiated expression feature that makes it an emerging target for researchers to develop antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). TROP2 ADC latest research progress >>
DIMA BIOTECH can provide a full range of TROP2-related products (active protein, FC-validated rabbit monoclonal antibody, and Biosimilar) and services (antibody humanization and affinity maturation) to meet TROP2 antibody drug-related research. In addition, we have also prepared a B cell seed library of TROP2 antibodies, and can complete the TROP2 lead molecule screening in as fast as 20 days, greatly saving your R&D cycle.
