Background | The protein encoded by this gene is a G-protein coupled receptor involved in taste responses. The encoded protein can form a heterodimeric receptor with TAS1R1 to elicit the umami taste response, or it can bind with TAS1R2 to form a receptor for the sweet taste response. |

Figure1. Elisa plates were pre-coated with Flag Tag TAS1R3-Nanodisc (0.2µg/per well). Serial diluted anti-Flag monoclonal antibody solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before Elisa reading. From above data, the EC50 for anti-Flag monoclonal antibody binding with TAS1R3-Nanodisc is 4.332ng/ml.
