BCMA/TNFRSF17 Proteins, Antibodies and Research Tools

B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA), encoded by TNFRSF17 and also known as CD269, is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily that is preferentially expressed in mature B cells and plasma cells. BCMA participates in signaling associated with B-cell and plasma-cell survival and has become a major target for antibody-based therapies, ADCs, bispecific and multispecific molecules, and cell therapies in plasma-cell malignancy research.
