LAG3/CD223 Recombinant Proteins, Flow Antibodies and Reference Antibodies

LAG3 (Lymphocyte Activation Gene 3), also known as CD223, is an inhibitory immunoglobulin-superfamily receptor expressed on activated and exhausted T cells, regulatory T cells, NK cells, and selected additional immune populations. LAG3 interacts with ligands including MHC class II and FGL1 and contributes to suppression of T-cell receptor signaling, proliferation, and cytokine production. During chronic antigen exposure and within the tumor microenvironment, LAG3 is frequently co-expressed with PD-1, TIM3, TIGIT, and other inhibitory receptors, making it an important marker and regulator of dysfunctional T-cell states. These properties have established LAG3 as a major target for monoclonal and multispecific immune-checkpoint antibody development.
