TIGIT Recombinant Proteins, Flow Antibodies and Stable Cell Lines

T Cell Immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM Domains (TIGIT) is an inhibitory immunoglobulin-superfamily receptor expressed on activated T cells, regulatory T cells, and NK cells. TIGIT binds ligands including CD155/PVR and CD112, with particularly strong affinity for CD155. Its cytoplasmic ITIM and ITT-like motifs transmit inhibitory signals that reduce T- and NK-cell effector function. TIGIT also competes with the costimulatory receptor CD226 for shared ligands, creating an important TIGIT-CD226-CD155 regulatory axis. In chronic antigen exposure and the tumor microenvironment, TIGIT is frequently co-expressed with other inhibitory receptors and is associated with immune-cell dysfunction, making it an important target for immune-checkpoint and combination-immunotherapy research.
