Nectin-4/PVRL4 Proteins, Antibodies and Stable Cell Lines

Nectin-4, also known as poliovirus receptor-related protein 4 (PVRL4), is a type I transmembrane member of the nectin family of immunoglobulin-like cell-adhesion molecules. Its extracellular region contains one IgV-like and two IgC-like domains, while its cytoplasmic tail interacts with proteins such as afadin to regulate cell-cell adhesion and epithelial organization. Nectin-4 is prominently expressed in embryonic and placental tissues but is relatively restricted in most normal adult tissues.
