ROR1 Recombinant Proteins and Flow Antibodies

Receptor Tyrosine Kinase-Like Orphan Receptor 1 (ROR1) is a type I transmembrane receptor belonging to the ROR receptor family. Its extracellular region contains an immunoglobulin-like domain, a Frizzled-like cysteine-rich domain, and a Kringle domain, enabling interactions with signaling molecules including Wnt5a and involvement in non-canonical Wnt pathways. ROR1 is highly expressed during embryonic development, where it contributes to cell proliferation, migration, and tissue formation, but its expression declines markedly in most normal adult tissues. In contrast, ROR1 is re-expressed in multiple hematologic malignancies and solid tumors and has been associated with tumor-cell survival, migration, stemness, and therapeutic resistance. This oncofetal expression pattern makes ROR1 an attractive cell-surface target for monoclonal antibodies, ADCs, multispecific antibodies, and engineered cell therapies.
