Delta-like ligand 3 (DLL3) is a single-pass transmembrane member of the Delta-like ligand family associated with regulation of the Notch signaling pathway. DLL3 shows limited cell-surface expression in most normal adult tissues but can be aberrantly expressed on the surface of small-cell lung cancer and other neuroendocrine tumor cells, making it an important target for ADCs, T-cell engagers, cell therapies, and other targeted therapeutic strategies.
