GPR75 Full-Length Nanodisc Proteins, Flow Antibodies and Stable Cell Lines

G Protein-Coupled Receptor 75 (GPR75) is a class A seven-transmembrane G protein-coupled receptor whose physiology remains under active investigation. Human genetic studies linking reduced GPR75 function with lower body mass and reduced obesity risk have generated strong interest in the receptor as a metabolic target. Experimental studies suggest that GPR75 participates in lipid-derived and G-protein-dependent signaling, although its physiological ligand network and tissue-specific functions are still being defined. The availability of human genetic target-validation data makes GPR75 particularly attractive for obesity, energy-metabolism, and metabolic-disease research. As with other multi-pass GPCRs, functional epitopes can depend strongly on the intact membrane conformation.
