IL4RA/CD124 Recombinant Proteins, Flow Antibodies and Reference Antibodies

IL4RA, also known as CD124, is a key receptor subunit shared by IL-4 and IL-13 signaling pathways. IL4RA can associate with the common γ chain to form the type I IL-4 receptor on hematopoietic cells or with IL13RA1 to form the type II receptor complex used by both IL-4 and IL-13. Activation of these receptor complexes drives JAK/STAT6 and related signaling pathways that regulate Th2 immunity, B-cell responses, IgE production, mucus secretion, and tissue remodeling. Because dysregulated IL-4/IL-13 signaling is central to allergic and inflammatory disease biology, IL4RA is an important target for receptor-blocking antibody research.
