PD-L1/CD274 Recombinant Proteins, Flow Antibodies and Reference Antibodies

Programmed Death-Ligand 1 (PD-L1), encoded by CD274 and also known as B7-H1, is a major immune-checkpoint ligand. PD-L1 can be expressed on antigen-presenting cells and many non-immune cell types and is strongly inducible by inflammatory signals such as IFN-γ. Interaction with PD-1 on activated T cells reduces T-cell receptor signaling, proliferation, cytokine production, and cytotoxic activity, thereby contributing to peripheral immune tolerance. Within tumors, this pathway can be exploited to suppress antitumor immunity. PD-L1 therefore remains a central target in checkpoint biology, monoclonal and multispecific antibody development, ADC research, and biomarker studies.
