5T4/TPBG Proteins, Antibodies and Research Tools

5T4, also known as trophoblast glycoprotein (TPBG) or WAIF1, is a leucine-rich transmembrane glycoprotein and an oncofetal antigen. It is highly expressed in a variety of solid tumors while showing relatively limited expression in many normal adult tissues, making 5T4 an attractive target for the development of ADCs, bispecific and multispecific antibodies, cell therapies, and other targeted cancer therapeutics. 5T4 has also been implicated in cell adhesion, migration, and tumor-associated signaling, supporting its continued use in target validation and antibody drug discovery. Flow cytometry-validated rabbit monoclonal antibodies and biosimilar reference antibodies support antibody screening, positive controls, and cell-surface 5T4 detection, while PE-conjugated Anti-5T4 antibodies enable direct flow cytometry analysis. The 5T4-overexpressing K562 stable cell line can be used for FACS, cell-binding assays, and candidate screening.
