Cadherin-17 (CDH17), also known as LI-cadherin and HPT-1, is a membrane-associated member of the cadherin superfamily containing multiple extracellular cadherin domains. Its normal expression is largely associated with gastrointestinal epithelial tissues, while elevated or aberrant expression has been observed in several gastrointestinal malignancies. DIMA BIOTECH offers CDH17 recombinant proteins covering multiple extracellular regions, biotinylated proteins, rabbit monoclonal antibodies, biosimilar reference antibodies, and a CDH17-overexpressing K562 stable cell line. Recombinant proteins support ELISA, antibody screening, epitope analysis, affinity characterization, and cross-species reactivity studies. Antibodies can be used for ELISA, flow cytometry, WB, and candidate comparison, while the stable cell line supports FACS, cell-binding assays, and functional antibody screening.
