B7-H3/CD276 Proteins, Antibodies & Cell Lines

B7-H3, also known as CD276, is a member of the B7 family of immune-regulatory proteins. Although its physiological receptor and full immunological functions remain under active investigation, B7-H3 has attracted substantial interest because of its expression pattern in cancer. Basal expression is relatively limited in many normal tissues, whereas elevated B7-H3 expression has been reported in a variety of solid tumors as well as tumor-associated stromal, vascular, and immune-cell populations. B7-H3 has also been associated with tumor progression, invasion, and modulation of the tumor immune microenvironment. Its high cell-surface accessibility and tumor-associated expression profile have made B7-H3 an attractive target for monoclonal antibodies, ADCs, bispecific and multispecific molecules, and engineered cell therapies.
