DIMA BIOTECH (hereafter referred to as “DIMA”) is pleased to announce its participation in Discovery on Target (DOT) 2026, where we will showcase the latest advancements in Nanodisc technology platforms, multi-pass transmembrane protein research tools, and therapeutic monoclonal antibody development.
Discovery on Target 2026 will take place from September 28 to October 1 in Boston, Massachusetts, bringing together global scientists and industry leaders to explore emerging drug targets and innovative therapeutic strategies. The program covers small molecules, biologics, protein degradation, GPCR drug discovery, AI/ML-driven drug design, and challenging therapeutic targets. A key highlight, “Antibodies Against Challenging Targets,” will focus on innovative antibody discovery and engineering approaches for difficult-to-drug targets, including complex membrane proteins, while fostering scientific exchange, technology discovery, and industry collaboration.
DIMA will participate in Discovery on Target 2026 through both a scientific presentation and an exhibition booth. As part of the featured session “Antibodies Against Challenging Targets,” DIMA will present its work on applying Nanodisc technology platforms to therapeutic antibody discovery against multi-pass transmembrane protein targets, highlighting strategies to address some of the key challenges associated with complex membrane proteins. Visitors are also welcome to meet our team at Booth #207 to learn more about our membrane protein platforms, antibody discovery capabilities, and solutions for challenging drug targets.
We are proud to share that our CEO, Dr. Donghui Ma, will be speaking on Thursday, October 1 from 12:25pm-12:55pm, sharing the application of Nanodisc technology platforms to develop therapeutic mAbs for multi-pass transmembrane protein targets.
Many important druggable targets are multi-pass transmembrane proteins. The key challenge is the extreme difficulty in obtaining purified functional proteins. To develop therapeutic lead mAbs on these targets, DIMA has optimized every step of antibody discovery process. In this poster presentation, we will exhibit how we integrate DIMA’s Nanodisc technologies, including SyndiscTM, PeptiNanodiscTM, Single B enrichment and DiLibraryTM Mammalian display technology platforms to develop mAbs against a challenge multi-pass transmembrane target, CLDN18.2.

DIMA will participate in Discovery on Target 2026 through an exhibition booth and a scientific poster presentation. Visit us at Booth #207 to explore our integrated research platform for drug discovery, including our Nanodisc Membrane Protein Platforms and Ready-to-Test Lead mAbs, designed to support antibody discovery and development against challenging targets.
We will also present a poster entitled “The Application of Nanodisc Technology Platform to Develop Therapeutic mAbs for Multi-Pass Transmembrane Protein Targets,” highlighting how our Nanodisc technology enables the development of high-quality, native-like membrane protein targets and facilitates therapeutic antibody discovery against complex multi-pass transmembrane proteins. We look forward to connecting with researchers and industry partners to explore innovative solutions for challenging drug targets.
